Limited Company

Owner-managed companies under €1m turnover

  • CT1 corporation tax return
  • CRO annual return (B1)
  • Directors’ income tax returns
  • Quarterly management accounts

Payroll

Any business with staff

€12per payslip / month

  • PAYE modernisation submissions
  • Payslips issued directly to staff
  • Revenue payment reminders
  • Starters and leavers handled

The dates that cost money if you miss them

Surcharges start at 5% of the liability and rise to 10%. We diary all of these for clients, but the list is here whether you use us or not.
